简介:徐金荣,男,安徽肥东人,1982年4月生,同济大学博士研究生,副教授,硕士生导师,应用物理系副主任,光电信息工程硕士点学科负责人。
教学工作:承担《固体物理》《半导体物理及器件》等课程的本科生和研究生教学工作,每年指导本科生毕业论文5人左右。
科研工作:主要研究方向:二维半导体材料及器件光电性能的理论预测和模拟计算。每年可指导物理电子学和光电信息工程方向的硕士研究生1-2名。
主要科研成果:先后主持过国家自然科学基金,安徽省自然科学基金和教育厅重点项目,在国内外期刊杂志上发表研究论文多篇,近五年发表论文如下:
